Hey y’all! I saw this on tumblr (favorite site right now and possibly forever) and thought I’d share. SELF LOVE ladies!!!!
- Face: Moisturizer mixed with coconut and tea tree oil. Coconut oil to remove makeup and moisturize lips.
- Body: Coconut oil for problem areas, stretch marks, scars, and tattoo care. Shea butter or coconut oil soap in the shower.
- Coconut oil soak for 5 minutes before shower.
- Shea butter soap in place of shampoo
- Bedtime Yoga: Sun salutation, back/leg/neck strecthes.
- Daytime Yoga: Focus on abs and strength training in arms, legs, and core. Incorporate jumping jacks and calisthenics.
- Drink plenty of water, coconut water, and aloe water.
- Gluten free and dairy free eating.
- Limit meat and egg consumption
- Mix baking soda, eucalyptus oil, and coconut oil for toothpaste
- Sit in the sun, in a hammock, with a book–enjoy the outdoors.
- Read books, articles, and poetry thoroughly.
- Focus on positive self talk.
- DO NOT COMMUNICATE WITH TOXIC PEOPLE.
